From the moment I first laid eyes on the work of About3MegaWatts, I’ve been in awe. There are a few things I’ve always wanted to be since I was young — a comedian, a t-shirt designer, and a professional basketball player. I’m 0-3 or 1-3 from who you ask, and I don’t think the NBA is going to call this balding, six-foot-one, nearing forty-year-old with a busted shot anytime soon.

So… t-shirts!

I’ve been looking through a lot of the designs and 1 of 1 upcycled creations by this artist recently because I’m doing a t-shirt unit in my graphic design class. On our way to our ultimate goal of screenprinting, I hope to have my students make something half as cool as these designs.
