OH WORD?
Thanks to everyone who has ever listened to, subscribed to, left comments, or given me feedback on the “FolkArtwork and Friends” podcast. It’s been almost a year since it launched, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it!
This summer, I’m hoping to sit down with even more people — artists, curators, scholars, and mainly artists — to learn even more about what makes some of my favorite people tick and keep asking everyone, “How did you first learn about outsider art?!”
I’ve already had two great interviews this summer and have more lined up next week (paid subscribers to this newsletter will be treated to early sneak peeks at episodes and some bonus content!). If you haven’t caught all my great interviews yet, now's a good time to get caught up, as I just put them all in one handy dandy place. See below!
Please enjoy my interviews with guests so far, which have included Kylie Ryu of Ricco/Maresca Gallery, Alex Hunninghake of the Outsider Art Museum & Gallery, historian and scholar Isa Segalovich, artists Montrel Beverly and Esteban Whiteside, Jennifer Gilbert of Jennifer Lauren Gallery, international artists Barry Colpitts and Pam Puck, and Ryan Ward of Ruffed Grouse Gallery.
New episodes will come out (kinda and even more than normal this summer) on the First Friday of the month — will get back into that rhythm here soon — and can be listened to on your favorite podcast app or watch the interviews on YouTube.
Thanks again to everyone for their support, and if you can, like, subscribe, leave a review that would be greatly appreciated!!!
SHOUT OUT

Shout out to my youngest son, Wally, who today turns FIVE! Happy Birthday, Wally!!!
